Course Description:
Examines how the individual action plan is implemented, what follow up is needed during this time by the Options Counselor, and measuring an individual’s satisfaction with the Person-Centered Options Counseling (also referred to as “PC-OC”) process. We will also look at when PC-OC ends, re-engaging in PC-OC after it has ended, and the documentation required for this stage.
